‘Americans For Prosperity’ Endorses House Judiciary CMTE 702 Plan – One America News Network

Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which allows the government to search communications of certain non-Americans located overseas without a warrant, will soon expire. Many conservatives are speaking out in support of a bill written by Representative Andy Biggs that was passed by the House Judiciary Committee and would update the law to require warrants in the future. One America’s John Hines has more from Washington.
