Kid Rock says he won’t play at venues with mask and vaccine mandates

Pro-Trump musician Kid Rock announced that he will not perform at venues with mask mandates or COVID-19 vaccine requirements ahead of his “Bad Reputation” tour.

“I’ve heard a lot of talk about vaccine mandates and venues. People saying, ‘I’m not going to that venue because of the vaccine mandate’ and this, that, and the other,” Rock said Thursday in a Facebook video.

“Trust me, we’ve done all our research on this, and the consensus says that all this is going to be done, if there are any at these venues, I’m not aware of any, but if there are any, they’re going to be gone by the time we get to your city, ” he said. “If they’re not, trust me, you don’t have to worry. You’ll be getting your money back because I won’t be showing up either.”

He explained that he chose to skip performing in Buffalo, New York, and Toronto, Canada, as well as a few other cities due to COVID mandates. “I don’t want to deal with that s*** either, and I know that you don’t,” Rock said.

“I can’t say that I’m too upset either that it’s got all the hater’s panties in a bunch too. See what they try to cancel me for now. I’m unf***ing cancelable. Suck on that,” the musician said.

Rock on Wednesday revealed that he spoke over the phone with former President Donald Trump, whom he describes as the “hopefully 47th” president. He said that Trump was proud of his new song “We the People.”

The song includes lyrics such as “Wear your mask, take your pills, now a whole generation’s mentally ill,” “F*** Fauci” and the euphemism for “F*** Joe Biden,” “Let’s go, Brandon.”
