California Governor Gavin Newsom has quietly repealed AB-2098. The law empowered California’s Medical Board to take action against any doctor who spreads so called “COVID-19 Disinformation.” One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke to Dr. Azadeh Khatibi, who sued Newsom and the states medical board and won a preliminary injunction against the states censorship law.
