California Congressman Doug LaMalfa recently introduced Federal Bill HR 1585, also known as the Prohibiting Parental Secrecy Policies in Schools Act. It would withhold federal funding from schools that allow children to undergo secret gender transitioning at school without their parents’ knowledge.
