Lady Victoria Hervey, former girlfriend of Prince Andrew, has stirred controversy after suggesting that Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most well-known accusers, is lying about her near-fatal accident and impending death.
Giuffre recently claimed she was hit by a bus traveling 65 mph and now has only days to live. However, Hervey took to Instagram, alleging without evidence that the FBI is closing in on Giuffre and that her sudden illness is a ploy to evade arrest.
“If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live, then a complete confession is needed. I don’t believe it though. The FBI is on her right now, and arrest warrants are incoming. She’s conveniently dying to evade jail,” Hervey posted.
Hervey also reiterated her claims that the infamous photo of Prince Andrew with Giuffre—which has been key evidence in Giuffre’s case—was doctored.
“I mean, she is the Queen of the fake photo after all. Hence, I’m such a skeptic and don’t believe in jumping to any conclusions right away from a visual,” she wrote.
Adding fuel to the fire, Hervey claimed that “reliable sources” have indicated the FBI recently confronted Giuffre with recorded evidence proving she lied about Prince Andrew’s involvement.
Giuffre, who has long maintained that she was trafficked by Epstein after being recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell at age 16, has accused Prince Andrew of forcing her into sex on three occasions while she was underage—claims he has denied.
Neither Giuffre nor the FBI has publicly responded to Hervey’s allegations, but the controversy has reignited debates surrounding Epstein’s network, Giuffre’s credibility, and the ongoing legal battles tied to the scandal.
