One more example of just how out of touch Joe Biden is was evident in his speech to Congress. He read the speech that someone else wrote for him off of the teleprompter like a puppet. One particular comment struck a nerve for anyone who is a law-abiding gun owner. At one point in his speech, he mocked gun owners by saying, “There’s no possible justification for having a hundred rounds in a weapon. What do you think deer are wearing, Kevlar vests?” This coming from the president, who is probably the most clueless of any president about guns and our right to bear arms.
