“We Suggest He Contact President Bukele” — Karoline Leavitt Fires Back at Judge Return Order of Alleged MS-13 Member

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivered a fiery takedown of a federal judge who ordered President Trump to return an alleged MS-13 gang member to the United States—despite the individual having already been deported to CECOT, the high-security mega-prison in his native El Salvador.

In a sharp rebuke, Leavitt stated:

“We suggest the Judge contact President @nayibbukele because we are unaware of the judge having jurisdiction or authority over the country of El Salvador.”

Legal Chaos or Political Theater?

The judge’s order, which many are calling activist overreach, has sparked outrage among supporters of President Trump’s tough stance on immigration and crime. The individual in question is a suspected member of the notorious MS-13 gang, and had been deported under Trump’s directive as part of a broader crackdown on violent illegal aliens.

The man is now being held in CECOT, one of the world’s most secure prisons, under the authority of El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, who has led a widely praised war against gangs.

Trump Allies: U.S. Courts Have No Power in El Salvador

Leavitt’s statement underscores the absurdity of the ruling—raising a fundamental question about American judicial overreach into foreign sovereign territory. Legal experts and immigration hawks are calling the judge’s order unenforceable and dangerous, setting a precedent where American courts could potentially interfere with another country’s internal justice system.

The Trump Campaign Fires Back

Team Trump made it clear: dangerous criminals do not belong in the U.S., and activist judges won’t derail the administration’s mission to protect American communities. The ruling is being viewed as part of a broader effort by the left to undermine Trump’s law-and-order immigration policies.

With President Trump back in office, his administration is sending a strong message: America will not serve as a safe haven for violent criminals—and we will not be bullied by activist judges.
