Leftist School Board Wants Disgruntled Parents To Be Treated As Domestic Terrorists [VIDEO]

According to a story posted on Citizen Free Press:

The National School Boards Association (NSBA), claims that school board meetings now require the presence of “DOJ and Homeland Security departments as well as the FBI,” citing an incident in Loudoun County, Virginia.

The NSBA said in a letter to Joe Biden that school board members, officials and students across the nation are facing an increased amount of malice, violence and threats that amount to “a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

“America’s public schools and its education leaders are under an immediate threat,” Viola Garcia and Chip Slaven, the group’s president and interim executive director, said in a statement about the letter.

The National School Board Association president, Viola Garcia claims that school boards have been in “communication with our communities for years”. What she doesn’t say is that they have nothing but contempt for parents in their communities, evident in their refusal to even consider parents’ concerns over draconian covid measures being rammed down the throats of their kids.

Commenters on YouTube weren’t buying the BS Garcia was spewing:

You gotta love how “maybe we shouldn’t do the thing that is pissing people off” is never once considered. It is always The People that need to acquiesce, back off, roll over, accept, as if the edicts of the “Leaders” are sacrosanct and foregone, never to be questioned or criticized.

Another stated:
Notice how there’s a complete disregard in CNN’s reporting (again) for the parent’s perspective and the reasons for their anger toward the board members. Disgusting! This is far from real journalism and news.

No actual “threats” were articulated by Ms. Garcia, although CNN’s Brianna Keilar was chomping at the bit for her to reveal one, even offering up a few nuggets like asking if school board members were being threatened while grocery shopping, or having people show up to their houses, even asking “are there threats against their children?”

Ms. Keilar needs to be reminded that it is the left that employs those tactics, with full approval and incitement by their leaders. (Maxine Waters may be able to help CNN with recalling those instances.)

Parents addressing their school boards, even in heated exchanges can hardly be considered violent. Unlike the “mostly peaceful” riots that burned down cities and claimed the lives and livelihood of innocent people all last summer, these fed-up parents are not mostly peaceful, they are completely peaceful, a characteristic so foreign to the left that they don’t recognize it and see it as a threat.
