Washington, D.C. – Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) has introduced a new bill aimed at permanently barring illegal immigrants from obtaining U.S. citizenship. The legislation, titled the No Citizenship for Aliens Act, seeks to address what Mills describes as a growing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border under the Biden administration.
The bill, if passed, would prevent any individual who enters the country illegally from ever becoming a U.S. citizen, regardless of future legal status changes. In a statement announcing the proposal, Rep. Mills emphasized the need for stronger immigration policies to curb what he called the Democratic Party’s efforts to “import voters” through lenient border enforcement.

“Under Biden, we saw more than 10 million encounters at our borders, a crisis exacerbated by reckless catch-and-release policies that allowed criminals who broke our laws to remain in the United States,” Mills said.
The introduction of the bill comes as illegal border crossings remain a contentious political issue, with Republicans criticizing the Biden administration’s handling of immigration enforcement. Supporters of the legislation argue it would serve as a deterrent against unlawful entry, while opponents claim it could face legal challenges and potential constitutional concerns.
While the bill is expected to gain traction among conservative lawmakers, its chances of passing in the Democratic-controlled Senate remain uncertain.
Mills has urged congressional leaders to prioritize the No Citizenship for Aliens Act, calling it a “no-brainer” for securing America’s borders and protecting the integrity of the country’s immigration system.
